Second, a business broker is incentivised to make the listing price as high as possible. This is to the detriment of the buy side who may miss opportunities that are overpriced. Or have to do excessive due diligence to determine the fair market value if they do find a match.

Having an independent, qualified third party complete valuations solves both these problems. We can say to both buyers and sellers that this is not our incentivised opinion. It is the certified valuation.”

Meadow Flowers Australia, in an exclusive interview with Eleven Media, shared the learning experience children from Little Apple Tree childcare centre gained when seeds from Meadow Flowers Australia were germinated and grown at the entrance to the building.
