| Other | Zoe will be competing as a New Zealander for the first time at a Commonwealth Games. She previously competed for Great Britain and switched allegiances to New Zealand, and is looking forward to racing former teammates at the Games.
Zoe's first sporting success was breaking a European record in the 50m breaststroke in 1999.
She started swimming at the age of seven - her mum made her join a swimming programme at Eckington Swimming Club.
She lists her toughest opponent as herself - she puts a lot of pressure on herself to be successful and is very tough on herself all the time.
In her career, she has held four world records, four Commonwealth records, 12 European records and 12 British records. |
